Electronic CRFs have been designed using SPSS data entry builder from the paper CRF supplied by the customer. Designs were supported with rigorous edit checks as the first level of control on the data entry. Then according to the requirement in the protocol automatically reports were made to generate once the data have been populated in the database.

Various statistical procedures like baseline characteristics, reliability analysis, construct validity analysis have been carried out on different healthcare or clinical Instruments. The purpose of the study was to assess the psychometric properties including the predictive validity of the instrument.

Also, different statistical analytical techniques such as correlation, regression, anova etc. have been performed to study the variation of disease activity over time, to analyze the statistical significance of the results of two sets of population subgroups and to understand the relationship between the various variables involved in the instrument.

Detailed statistical analysis including advanced multivariate techniques have been employed to find out the efficacy of the medical instrument in the market. Also, results have been presented in the form specified in the protocol.
